▾Is CashFlowIQ a replacement for my accountant?

No. CashFlowIQ provides forward-looking cash visibility and action plans. It does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

▾Do you import from QuickBooks, Xero, or Plaid?

Not yet. The first release supports CSV import/export. Native integrations for QuickBooks, Xero, Plaid, Stripe, PayPal, and Square are on the roadmap.

▾Where is my data stored?

Each workspace (tenant) is isolated. Data is filtered at the API and query layer. One tenant's data is never used to inform another tenant's AI outputs.

▾Can multiple people use the workspace?

Yes — Owner, Admin, Finance Manager, Bookkeeper, and Viewer roles. Each role only sees and changes what it should.

▾What if I just want a forecast?

The Starter plan covers a 30-day forecast, alerts, invoice tracking, and a weekly report. Upgrade for AI agents and longer windows.

▾Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Billing is handled by Stripe — cancel from the customer portal in one click.
