Refund Policy

The right refund process depends on where you bought CashFlowIQ. Each sales channel has its own billing system and its own window, so please use the section that matches your purchase.

Direct subscriptions (cashflowiq.app)

Monthly and annual plans purchased directly from us are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We don't pro-rate partial periods.

If you were charged in error, or something went wrong within 14 days of a charge, email [email protected]and we'll make it right.

AppSumo lifetime deals

Lifetime deal codes purchased on AppSumo are covered by AppSumo's 60-day money-back guarantee. Refunds for AppSumo purchases are requested through your AppSumo account, not through us — AppSumo processes the refund and notifies us to release the code. After the 60-day window, AppSumo lifetime purchases are non-refundable, consistent with AppSumo's marketplace terms.

JVZoo purchases

Purchases made through JVZoo are governed by the refund terms shown on the JVZoo checkout page and by JVZoo's buyer policies. Refund requests for JVZoo orders should be submitted through JVZoo or the JVZoo seller support channel listed on your receipt. When JVZoo notifies us of an approved refund or chargeback, the associated workspace is downgraded automatically.

What happens to your data

After a refund, your workspace moves to a read-only state so you can still export your data. We retain it for 30 days in case you change your mind, then it is permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Marketplace purchases are also subject to the respective marketplace's own terms, which take precedence for purchases made on that marketplace.
